Yikes, me

I hadn't given myself Reiki in a long time because I've been healing animals, so today I did. I'm a little shocked at how small and slow my forehead chakra was! I wonder what's going on ... is it age, lack of use, calcification, the iodine experiment, a phlegmatic attitude, gut bacteria, harvest moon, overuse, exhaustion, Alzheimer's (lol!:).

I really shouldn't have neglected my selfhealing so long. Feeling a little disoriented since then trying to figure it out.

I may be becoming a scep ... again?:(

It could be this full moon tomorrow or being so close to the end if the solar cycle ... hopefully!

Time of change - full moon

The previous full moon was supposed to be a time of change and it was for me.

I'm finally getting up at 4:30 am like I used to. Maybe it's an October onward thing but I missed it the whole of Jan- Oct 2016.

I've also lost all interest in healing sceps. Or even listening to their shit to figure out why they're such jerks. I'm just blocking them as they misbehave on a whim since I gave up. I realised that the Martian was hogging all my time. I'm not even looking into the avocado's bitter rants.

Sceps will be sceps,:they don't really need or deserve energy that they reject anyway - a chicken and egg problem.:)

That has actually freed up a lot of my energy. I'm quite 'over the moon' over it! My fascination snapped.

Karmic run off for sceps

This pineal gland cleansing sounds like a very risky business for sceps again!

I had forgotten the process of the karmic awareness that goes with it. The remembering of all the harms you've done, the sensitizing to your own indifference and evil, the length of the process! Two to three years of getting to know how terrible you are. Lol!

Limited range

So let's say you're sick and have a very narrow range of prana you can actually absorb (this explains love of meat, the Atkins diet and paleo only-protein diets), should you actually stick to it to live longer or eat a more balanced diet (and hope you don't develop diarrhoea?:).

I think if you're returning to a childhood diet to survive, it's ok. So if meat was your first food after you were weaned, might be ok to return to it as your allergies grow.

But for those who still have a range in the food that they can digest, it might be good to go vegan and develop a palate again for complex,:unrefined and low processed to let their gut digestion & assimilation grow correctly.

I'm sure vegans get cancer too, though I haven't heard of any (too small a population?) but vegetarians certainly do. I blame the milk and sugar to a great extent - khoa sweets are a daily indulgence! Overcooked veggies and white rice, maybe as well.

So to meander back, dietary change will probably make new men of sceps. And reduce their cancerous tendencies to suckle on random prana sources. Who knows what yuck you can catch that way?;)
