Zinc: This time my silence is good!

The last few days have been euphoric for me after Tollu recovered and has stayed well. The key has been using gross remedies - especially Zinc Sulphate.

The inflammation is down on the Fawnboy as well. He looks better, is sitting up, peeing, and the scab has fallen off his leg. He may be improving even though he can't use his legs yet. At first I was applying Mag chloride oil, but lately I put Prov Iodine or Lugol's for a little while and then Zinc Sulphate oil or SS (when I say 'oil' I just mean saturated.:). The edema seems to be receding.

I'd still like to see the warts and tumors disappear, but I'm willing to wait and understand how to use Zinc, Iodine, Mag chlor, Soda biCarb, etc first.

I'm always waiting for the other shoe to drop - for them to suddenly exceed their requirements or have the adverse reactions that homeopathy always warns us comes with gross remedies and their poisoning effects! I'm beginning to think homeopaths are as capable of exaggeration as allopaths in the attempt to scare away experimentation, though to their credit, they err on the right side of well-meaning.:)

Tollu: Theories, Explanations and Inferences

1. Rabies
2. Bone in the throat
3. Cat fight bite
4. Iodism
5. Paralysis of throat and facial nerves
6. Herpes
7. Overreaction to the Mag mur or Iodine in the food.

Probably herpes that infected his ear canal and paralysed his facial, tongue and throat nerves. Zinc sulph cleared it up after I applied it one time SS with crystals all over his body.

Mouth and nose charges

I've just read somewhere that there's a charge diference between the nose and the mouth. The only remedies absorbed by the nose are anions and the mouth are cations. More later, sleepy.

Tollu snaps out of dying!

Tollu's notes:

24th Feb - Tollu couldn't eat today.
25th Feb - Tollu paralysed down one side! Tongue paralysed and throat. Unable to eat or drink.
26 Feb - drew Nat phos 3, thought it might be iodism from that.
27 - drew Zn sulph 200, Cupr Sulph 200, Cadm Sulph 200. Cadm seems the best, but not drawing it more.
28 - Zn 3, Cupr Sulph 200
1 Mar - Zn 3, Cupr sulph 200
2 Mar - gave him Hyper 200 and Baryta 1m for bell's palsy.Looking worse than ever. Storm in the evening.
3 Mar - Came in drenched to the bone in the morning at 7:30 am. I sat him down and rubbed Zinc Sulphate crystals all down his spine.
-At 9:30 am Caught him putting his tongue out an hour later to drink water, so rubbed Hypericum (which he was drawing in 200 potency since yesterday) around his neck and spine, and a little Mag Chlor Q poured around his very wet neck.
-At 2:30 pm he caught the first rat in his life ever, almost half his size, and took it away (it was dead by the time I saw them, so I let it go). He probably ate a half piece of leg too which I missed except for leftovers.
-At 7:30 pm he ate 5 chicken heads (after having been unable to eat or drink even water for nearly 8 days!)!!

Cyclone in the Indian Ocean ... dogs, cats, rats sick again!

The last week has been hectic for me, and difficult. Today the storm broke and it's pouring outside.

I found that Fawnboy and my little Red Lady had been picked up by CUPA, but I got them back (Anushree and Dr. Gowri there were really helpful! There's a first time for everything. Even impenetrable, self-willed organisations do eventually hire nice people.:)

Red lady went back to her usual bakery, but Fawnboy is unable to move, dropsical and has a gangrenous leg. I brought him home. His tissues are heavy with fluid retention and he's only mildly responsive. He's got tremors and has trouble even sitting up. But even if he doesn't survive, I think I can deal with him dying if he dies naturally, warm and safe.

I slathered him with Mag mur, but he seems to prefer Mag sulph (epsom salt). But more interesting, he's drawing Mag phos too, and Zinc, Copper and Cadmium Sulph. I'd never accumulated Zn in any form before I began to work with nutrition for mito. I hope it saves him.

On a sadder note, Tollu, the cat (the brother of Dollu), has suddenly developed a facial and throat paralysis. I assume it is Iodism because the first remedy he drew as Nat Phos 3, which is for that. I used iodine (lugol's and the tincture) a few days ago. I later read that cats are hypersensitive to Iodine, specifically Kali Iod which Lugol's contains. He later started drawing Zn, Cu and Cadm, so now I think it might just be a facial paralysis from an ear infection that has spread to his facial and throat nerves paralysing them. I'm waiting to see if there will be change naturally, but he's highly dehydrated.

I could take him to a vet and give him a drip to rehydrate him, but I'm not sure the shock is worth it. Can't make up my mind at all - to intervene and save him through vets or not to put him through the stress and let him die like this.:/ I gave him Hypericum 200 and Baryta 1m yesterday which are for Bell's Palsy. He hasn't come back since, so I don't think it suited him, poor guy.

Some of the rats have died leading up to this storm. I can smell them under the concrete. Poor things.

I wish I knew how to counter the effect of storms - I'm guessing it lies in the elements Cu, Ag, Zn and Cadm, Mg of which I've just used Cu, Ag, Mg until now. One thing I understood from The Magnesium Miracle is that you need the elements for mitochondrial health and you need the phytochemicals or plant remedies for different areas of the body to revive. I just haven't got it all together in a way that can help these animals fully yet.
