Value in Bach theory

I feel like my capacity to understand energy, something, has expanded greatly to be able to use Bach Flower remedies. At all. It simply didn't make sense to me before, and didn't seem to help the dogs back when I tried it last. I'm astonished that I see the value in it today - that I can visibly see it working on the dogs.

Though not so much now as when I first used it a week ago - maybe a diminishing returns situation as the later doses become almost irrelevant compared to the value they provided at the start.

One thing that I learnt which I can apply to both Homeopathy and Bach is how they don't use more than 7 remedies together because it's "too much information" on the energy level. That makes sense for homeopathy as well. Maybe this is the main objection that homeopaths should use to limit the use of mixtures.:)

The other interesting thing I realised was how much energy is wasted in emotion that could be used better in healing ourselves. This again makes sense for homeopathy as well. If all our energy is expended in an aggravation, how much healing can we achieve? For weaker animals, it makes sense to use low potencies to achieve results rather than the high potencies.

Still on Bach

I can get totally derailed from whatever I do if I find something new works.:) The Bach flower remedies have knocked me for a six - I've had so many of them (I had the entire set at one time about 10 years ago and gave them away to a friend) for so many years and couldn't figure out how to use them for animals.

Strange as it sounds, I couldn't. I know people have always used them for animals, but I have something blank in me -- a kind of deep rooted atheism or science-ism -- that I can't use what I can't understand. If I use it before I 'get' it, I always wonder why it worked.

This time I'm shocked, deeply amazed, that it worked at all on my animals. That it continues to work. Amazing!

Gunda is transformed (either because of the neuter or the trauma of being netted by the dog-catchers, or because of the remedies); Ancient just drew Star of Bethlehem this morning, now Cherry Plum and Cerato; Kenchu drew Cherry Plum; Icy drew Shock (Mataji Narayani's) and Star o Beth too last night -- Full Moon must be a time to work through shock, trauma and childhood issues.:)

I've got a couple of theories why I think it might be working today for me and the animals and not before this.
1. I think since I got my remedies organised better, I've been healing more correctly. Healing correctly leads to a great deal of emotional blow-out and stress with the aggravation and healing cycle. I've been leaving the emotions to work their way out and they haven't. The stresses had just been piling on.
2. Perhaps I simply hadn't understood emotional healing the way Bach saw it. Either I had to get older or understand energy healing differently to be able to see what the others who used it saw. So ... layers of perception eluded me.
3. I've grown more sensitive to energy. This is a distinct possibility. I can feel things more finely today than I could before. Also from greater distances - I was standing 6 feet away from a nursing mother with 6 pups at the shelter (when Gunda was getting neutered) and I had a bottle of Hydrocotyle 12x in my pocket that I drew just to check - I could feel her drawing it strongly in urgent beats. I haven't always been able to feel energy from that far away. Maybe now that I can feel energy from this distance, I can do emotional and mental healing now because those auras go out about 6 feet.

Even today I trust a remedy pick if I can feel it within 3 inches of the body, but that's probably only because it brings out the healing rapidly. But what if healing from the aura inwards is better for the animal in the long run? Maybe it would be a new way of healing for me - especially since there are so few of them (38) to confuse myself with!:p

What if the cancer cases respond to this better? I know I struggle to find a remedy in those black-hole cases -- they draw all homeopathy and reiki without discrimination making it difficult to find an exact remedy. Bach flower essences might be just the thing for the expansive nature of the disease in those cases.

Even the tightly wound-up cases like the tubercular ones where they reject everything indiscriminately, these Bach remedies might loosen up the case enough to let me heal with the correct remedy.

The way I see it now, Bach flower remedies (aura healing) are a good supplement to homeopathy (focused state healing) and Reiki (chakra healing). If I can get it right.

(I've already bought about 18 of them and I'm feeling guilty because I've got a 5 yr stock-pile of homeopathy that I still don't know how to use correctly!) Hopefully the guides will back me up on this and help me heal the animals better with the addition of this system - trusting that all this knowledge is converging to a real and viable healing method for all animals!
